The CompleteEquine.com website is owned and maintained by Council Farms. We are a family-based operation owned by Mike and Debbie Council and our sons. We have many years of experience with horses, and work hard to match horse with owner. We specialize in quiet, gentle horses, but can also provide horses trained for specific jobs and disciplines. God is our first priority, family is second; and we do our best to provide the right horse for your family's needs.
