PURCHASE AGREEMENT

from Council Farms for $____________. In addition I am purchasing tack totaling $______________, and agree to pay a delivery fee of $___________ making my total purchase price $_____________. I am paying $_______________this date _____________. I further agree to pay a maintenance fee of $_______ per day beginning ______________ to Council & Sons Farms, LLC until I have taken possession of said property, on or before _____________. This maintenance fee may be paid at any time during this process but it must be paid in full before I can take possession of said property. Failure to meet these agreed upon terms would result in loss of any and all payments and/or maintenance fees paid, and Council & Sons Farms, LLC would retain ownership of this property. Should this animal prove to be unsuitable for me, within a 12 month period; Council & Sons Farms, LLC agrees to replace it with another of same value, that is more suitable, provided this animal remains sound and in good condition. I agree to allow Council & Sons Farms, LLC sufficient time to locate a replacement if none is available on the Council Farm premises. Council & Sons Farms, LLC agrees to reasonable care and maintenance of this animal during the time it remains on Council property, and if any veterinary services are required for this animal (to be determined by Council & Sons Farms, LLC) these expenses must be satisfied to Council & Sons Farms, LLC before I can take possession of said property.
